We’ve got a simple diagram to show you – a diagram that has hugely helped me to manage my own weight during this period.
After the first 2 weeks of lockdown I’d put on 6lbs of weight. Does this also sound like you? Due to not being as active during the day and finding myself comfort eating more, the weight had started to pile on. It was time to make changes. Thanks to this diagram there has been no further weight increase in the last 4 weeks.
